    Do you have any kind of powdered fruit flavor drink mixes? We have had Kool-Aid since I was a kid, and that's a long time ago! I would think that they would have something similar in the UK.

          Sure you could. You could use orange or lemon extract. You could use lemon or lime juice. You are allowed both even on induction.

              D'oh! I thought Swede came under turnips too - have been eating it since I started this WOE in DECEMBER - OOPS! Oh well, now I know! Only five more rungs to go before I can eat it again!
