    This is exactly why we have it stated here on ADBB that we use the 2002 edition of the book. We need to have everyone on the same wavelength in order to give accurate information. If we say the book says you eat may eat 1 cup of the "other vegetable" list, but you are using the 1992 book and it says 2/3 cup of the "other vegetable list", then every single time you post a menu, you will be told you aren't eating enough vegetables because our book says something different from yours.
    Yep, I figured that out a week ago. The only thing I am doing differently is that I have not (until Monday) subtracted the fiber, I'm doing so now in order to go into OWL the same way all of you have. I still do not have the newer version of the book...I'm not sure if I will actually purchase it or not.

      Why not?! I have read mine several times, and still open it to random sections to re-read. I always get something out of it.

        I love mine too. I got mine at a used book store. There are many copies around so if you look you can easily find it. I love the enthusiasm in it and it always helps me too.
