Okay, so I took the advice from a lot of you guys on my last post asking if the atkins diet really works, and I have read the book, and so here I am of Day 1 of Induction.
Im a little confused with the exercise though.
Dr. Atkins recommends at least thirty minutes of exercise a day, but I do more than that. I exercise for 1 hour everday, so am I supposed to cut down on the exercise, or will I lose even more weight with the amount I am doing now?
