i burned 1592 calories through working out today. that plus what i burn in a day normally is about 3628. today i ate 1866 calories. my total calories burned minus what I ate is 1762. If I continue working out at this rate, does this mean i should burn around 3.5lbs of fat a week if 1lb of fat=3500?
I don't want this to come off like a calorie-obsessed question, I realize it isn't about how many calories you eat. I'm more interested in how beneficial my workout is going to be.
I also realize that gaining muscle means that much of a loss won't always show on the scale.
