The above advice all sound good. For me, personally the best weight is where I feel the strongest and most energetic and it has to be sustainable (like without exercising for 4 hours a day daily etc).
It seems reasonable to go up the rungs and see how you feel. You can lose more weight later if you want to, this is not a one time only type of deal.
