In a pinch I have eaten mcdoubles plain, no bun. I looked it up online and it said they had roughly 3 ounces of meat. Yea the cheese.........probably not the best choice BUT in a pinch it had to do. I suffered no stall or gain from it.

I do it in a pinch...I'm glad we have options out there to grab in a hury. Coincientaly, I made my fast food restaurant of choice a weekly thing (if not more) before...and I guarantee I wasn't making healthy choices back then.
I think it's better to grab something from there in a pinch than either a) going off plan or b) waiting too long to eat, risking going off plan anyway. I find double cheesburgers with no bun dipped in mayo to be quite satisfying...I even make those on a regular basis at home.

Successfully did Atkins in 1998 using 1992 copy of the book...before it was "hip". Lost 60lbs, exercised daily, felt and looked great. And then I moved in with a junk-food loving man, my mom got sick and passed away, then I suffered a spinal cord injury, and junk-food dude left me...and now I weigh 292lbs. That's 22lbs MORE than I weighed the first time around. It's 10 years later...I know this will work for me again.
