Are American Cheese slices (like the plain old Kraft brand) acceptable for the Induction phase? I've been eating at least 3 slices a day at 1 carb per slice. Hoping this is not going to stall my progress. Thanks!!

Re: American Cheese: To Eat or Not to Eat
Read the ingredients. Does it say whey or milk protein concentrate? If these are there, then the cheese is not allowed on Induction."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Probably not - just keep going. It is all part of the learning process. We probably all did some oopsies on induction.

Re: American Cheese: To Eat or Not to Eat
if you can - buy a cheese slicer and a real cheese block - REAL cheese tastes so much better than that processed stuff anyways (at least, in my opinion).
as far as ketosis - you should be fine.
