    In your two week introduction are you allow to have low carb yogurt and carb control Ice Cream?

    Here are the foods you are allowed to eat during Induction, whether you do it for 14 days or you do extended Induction:

      Dairy is allowed later, in Rung Two. My suggestion for long term success is to do a sweet free Induction to get the sweet tooth out of your system. Then as you move up other foods that you never thought of as sweet will surprise you with just how sweet they are.
