Ok, so, I don't usually do flaxseed too much anymore cause it just seems to bloat me up. But I was cleaning out my freezer the other day and found some flaxseed muffins that I had frozen. So I decided they would go good with my pumpkin soup. What was I thinking
That was Saturday around noon. I paid special attention to my water intake during my meal and for the rest of the day. But I immediately started getting a bloated feeling in my stamach. I usually have a bowl movement every moring but haven't had one since I did the flax muffin. Even right now, I feel like I'm on the verge but not quite there. Anyone have any idea on what I can eat or take to get rid of this? I was up 2 pounds this morning.
