hi everyone
I really need some advice regarding ketosis and ive found your site ..feel free to chastise me for probably doing this diet wrong
ok..i started the diet last week in february and lost 20lbs in the 1st 5 weeks..great..then it just stopped losing weight and i mean completely..
last week i bought the ketone testing sticks and not once have i had the slightest trace of ketones and ive tested 3 times a day for a week..
to make matters worse i work 12hrs a day in a pretty physical job then goto the gym doing cardio and weights for 90mins ..EVERY day..
my diet is clean i think and im under 20g carbs every day...please help,im getting really peed off..heres a few things maybe im doing wrong but i aint sure...
i dont really drink too much water
i tend to snack on quite a lot of roasted peanuts
its mostly meat i eat,,do i need to eat veg?
i have about 5 coffees a day with splenda and use all my carb intake on the milk..
any other advice u could give me ,i would be so gratefull
