    It could be things you are eating or drinking that is making you crave. You can give us a list of your menu and let's see.

    Also maybe you are not drinking enough plain water. We sometimes confuse thirst and hunger. So drink plenty

    Perhaps you are not eating enough. Don't be afraid to eat legal stuff.

      Today I had a hard day with %'s. My eating has been when I'm hungry which by the way has been most of the day..I started out with 1 egg(boiled) and 2 sausage patty's for brkfst. Then for lunch I had 3 jalapeno's stuffed with cream cheese & wrapped in bacon, baked in the oven for about 50 minutes. Plus I ate 4 grape tomatoes and 2 pickle spears. For dinner I ate about 12-14 oz of ribeye steak...so basicly I've been nibbling all day and guess what? I'm still hungry.

        I can see this induction phase has to be extended for 2 weeks more at least.

          What have you been drinking?
          That does not sound like nibbling - that sounds like meals. Did you eat other things too that you did not include on the list?

            Not enough vegetables. At most you ate a total of 2 cups (if that at all.)

              When I say nibbling I mean a bite of pickle here and a grape tomatoe over there...as in spaced out through the day...not all at once as in meals. Yes the steak for dinner was a meal...and the stuffed peppers...they were lunch. As for water I have been drinking about 60-80 oz a day

                Are you eating these veggies on their own, or are you having them with alittle fat?

                  Are you saying that it does matter because my fat% was 61% at the end of the day and my carbs4% and protein35% not as bad as I first thought.

                    Yes it matters. If you eat veggies or other carb containing foods one their own, then your body will digest the carbs almost immediately and it may cause blood sugar instability. If you eat them in combination with fat and/or protein, that will slow down the carb digestion, making a blood sugar spike less likely.

                      If you want to nibble go with protein/fat. If you like to have carb items for snack eat them with fat. The reason we do this is so that the carbs will have a minimum impact on our blood sugar. If you eat carbs without the fat you may have an impact on the blood sugar and raise your hunger levels.

                        2 more weeks of the induction starting yesterday..I'm not losing. Is it possible that my calories have been up to high? Also my fat sometimes gets over 65%...I have to stay off those scales.

                            What has been your calorie count for the past couple of days? It's better to have a high fat/lower protein percentage than the other way around...

                              It was over 2000 one day over the weekend...but mostly it has been 1200-1700 a day. Yesterday it was a little over 900 calories all day.
