    Omigoodness. STOP THE PRESS!!! I have to start all over again and I'm just in the Induction phase. I had chicken, and lobster tails. I didn't know we HAD to eat beef at every meal. Waaaah I totally fell off the wagon!

    Restarting Atkins: 12/28/2009

    My mini is to lose 10lbs. Done 2/22/10
    Lose 7lbs is my next goal. Done 4/07/10
    Lose 5lbs is my next goal. Done 4/17/10
    Get to 149.

    Completed Challenges:
    Weigh? No Way Challenge, Squat Challenge, Abs
    Read the book challenge: 10/12/08

      we are sooooooooooooooo bad!!!! And Sunny, I'll make sure to get my 2 cups of lard in daily from now on....LOL!!!!!

        uh-oh guys ... now i KNOW i'm not doing it right...
        breakfast this morning:

        Almond Meal & Chia Seed Pancakes with strawberries and two turkey sausages...








        (ingredients in pancakes):
        5 T almond flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill) = 6 carbs/3 fiber = 3 net carbs
        1 T sour cream = 1 carb
        1 T water (I used 1 tbsp milk) = 0 g carbs
        1 egg = 1 carb
        chia seeds = 0 carbs 4 fiber (this is optional, if you do not have these it doesn't change the flavor but it does change carb count)

        1/2 tsp baking powder = 1 carb
        1 tsp oil = 0 carbs
        1/4 tsp vanilla = 0 carbs
        1 pkt Splenda = 1 carb

        TOTAL = 10 carbs and 7 fiber

        mix all together and make like a pancake
        place sliced strawberries on top

            I am having a vegetarian day today - no meat - no eggs.
            I probably have to make up for it by eating 2 lb of lard. sigh....
