Hi Buddies.. boy sure am ready for this celebrating to be over.. I have to get back to the more rigid me.. i don't know what all this slippage is about.. i have been soo bad... i think i am feeling shame... and fear.. fear that i won't pull it back.. and continue to keep slipping up. I am sure that i won't let it all go back though, i can't ... i just couldn't do it all over again.
Plus i do have all you fine Atkins peers to help keep me focus on the right track.. It worked this year.. so i am sure it will continue to the same solid rock i need through this next year.. We Can Do It.. Yes? Yes!!!

Hi Lacy! Yeah today has been a struggle for me with the eating. I just feel FAT (doesn't help that Tom just arrived). My Atkins buddies make all the difference for me! Together, we can and WILL do this.

Sham!!!!! How are you? Can't wait to hear about your holidays and how your kids did. Miss you!

Ognum..we miss you! Looking forward to an update on how you've been.

Hi buddies went shopping today got alot of new winter clothes for 3 of my sons but nothing for myself.There was such a rush trolleys banging kept saying excuse me give way and there was a huge cue waited for ages to pay,well thats the downside to the SALES!
Hope your all ok.
I weighed 173 beginning of December and have been on and off plan throughout well I got a shock when I weighed today as I was 10lb up at 182.8 and yes Im on day 1 induction and will do whatever it takes to lose that weight.

How is your little one doing Sham? Hope it wasn't anything that lasted.

I am trying hard but have been nibbling today. But nothing too awful. I have been drinking a ton of water.

We are having a quiet day at home since our company left.

Oddly enough, it is nice to know I am not in this boat alone. It helps to have people to go along this journey with.

Hi Jane the little one was fine until he wommited during his sleep again and he has no other symptoms of being ill.At the moment the cheeky boy has music on loudspeak on his brothers mobile and his dancing and shaking his head to the music.
Yes were on this journey together and will get eachother along.

Well, I finally weighed in today. It isn't awful but still...up 3lbs. However it is Tom right now which makes me gain too so hopefully, it will go away quickly.

Do you do anything for New Years? We don't do much here. This year my hubby leaves again New Years Day (the Army does not take holidays off lol), so New Years Eve will need to be an early night.

Today the kids have dr and dentist appointments to go to. By the time we do that and some shopping, that will be enough for me.

Hi Jane dont worry those 3lb will be gone in no time.I think you did well anyway.Im on day 2 induction and weighed in at 180.8 so 2lb loss in a day Im pleased with that as I will be back to 173 soon I can feel it.Make the most of the time you have with hubi just a few days before he goes then you will miss him loads.
We dont do much for the New Year,well the kids love looking out the window when the fireworks go off and me and hubi watch stuff on the TV thats it.Anyway sounds like you have a busy day with the kids today.
