    I just signed up, here is what it says. I entered everything I have eaten today. Is this good? I didn't include the summer sausage I will have after my walk tonight... but I will add that later on. I think its ok...

    Calories: 1,686
    Fat: 130.4
    Protein: 110.8
    Carbs: 19.6

    Fat: 69%
    Protein: 27%
    Carbs: 4%

        Feeling frustrated, but staying with it.

        Can't figure out why I gained 3 inches, but maybe its water because its about "that time".

              I'm hanging in there...cheating a bit tonight and having a cup of coffee...just because I've been a good girl in every other way today..lol.

              I don't think you have anything to worry about since it *is* that time. My daughter gained 10lbs around then and freaked out...but lost it within 2 days..with an extra lb in there. I was soo jealous!

                I have 10 days to go before "it" gets here... but I do get PMS pretty bad. lol I think that is has to be water weight, because I am doing everything that DH is doing and he is down 2 inches!

                  My Grandmother used to tell my mom that guys lose weight faster because they're full of hot air...lol. I remind DH of that everytime he loses weight and flaunts it.

                          It's not only percentages and carbs that count. We need to know what foods hide behind those numbers and in what quantities. I know you wrote the foods in another thread, but without quantities it's hard to say if it's okay.

                          Also, how much water are you drinking?

                            Measuring inches each day can be just as damaging as hopping on the scale each day... Put them both away until after your 14 days are over... that way they won't trigger doubts about how well you are doing...
