What is this all about. All of a sudden these wicked headches have started today. I am not prone to them so I know its something new!

2 to 3 miles a day and started 500 sit ups daily.
I don't have the book yet,,,,what is sugar detox mean on Atkins. I assume because I have essentially cut out every last drop of sugar that thats like withdrawl?

Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
2 filtered containers water/day
Daily salads/veggies Goals:
Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
Workout in a XXXL shirt - DONE! Workout in a XXL shirt
Workout in a XL shirt
270 on the scales
Blah..,,right behind my eyes!!! So I had a small salad with turkey,.,,,bacon, cheese and newmans olive oil and vinegar that is sans sugar

I am on day 7 .....was nauseated last few days,,,now my stomach is fine but I have this headache >.<

OMG!! I have had the worst nausea too for the past 2 days! I am on day 4, so it's good to know I am not alone, and on the right track! I hope you feel better soon!
