HI all.. I am new to this forum.. my background Is: I have tried loads and loads of different eating plans, from fruitarian ( which was probably the worst ) to the Anabolic diet.. I am coming round to the idea that Atkins is probably the most sensible eating approach in terms of low carbs, Im actually eating more veg now than I used to and noticing weight fall off me allready so absolutely delighted.. I also have a nice energy and mood.. a kind of lightness which is Hard to explain and my food cravings have dissapeared.. It all Just makes so much sense that Im actually a bit annoyed that there has been so much negative publicity about something that produces good results
My Body is definetely more in balance now and an added benefit is that my head pressure and headaches have just about cleared up too..

It really reinfoced what I have been noticing my self.. I look around at people on normal standard healthy diets and all I see are bulgin waistlines.. Something has gone wrong in our societys and I honestly thing too much carbs are probably it..
