  • I'm back!

    Hello!

I'm inducting myself back into Atkins, beginning tomorrow. I did Atkins a year ago and lost 25 lbs to get to my goal weight of 120. Since then, I've gained 15 lbs back and am now at 135. My goal is to get to 115.

This board helped me a lot when I was on Atkins, so I'm turning to it again for support! I hate induction :/ But here we go again...must get to goal weight!

    Re: I'm back!

So did you do the OWL thing last time and make it to maintenance?
Welcome back and good luck this round as well. Remember that things may be different the second time around. Also be vigilant. When we have done things before some bad habits may have crept in. So check the rules.

I kind of have very found memories of induction. I loved how weight dropped off when I did it. But I had more to lose than you have right now. Good luck.

        Thanks everyone for the replies!

To answer your question, no, I did not stick to OWL. I got to goal weight and I ate horribly in the year thereafter.

And yes, the end of induction was a great feeling, so I'm prepared to see it through! Thanks for your support~ Good luck to you guys as well.

Well then, this time, do the rungs and learn how to eat to keep it off forever.
