    while you're able to add the oats in (lucky you , i totally miss real oatmeal) you should try the flax cereal once you hit rung 3.

    I also added 1 tbsp of almond meal to it the other day and it is sooooo yummy!
    also - instead of water, i honestly use coconut milk beverage (brand = "so delicious unsweetened" 1 carb per cup)
    and then add a few berries to it once you're on rung 4.
