I've been on Atkins since April. I did Body for Life in March and switched to the Firm in April. I have lost a pound overall since then, but have lost 1-2 sizes, 3.5 lbs of fat, gained 3+lbs of muscle, and look better. It's not an amazing transformation, but it will be slow since I'm not overweight and I have a lot of medical issues. I may really have lost more weight than a pound because 3 weeks in (started measurements on March 7), I gained 7 lbs in a week from steroid use. As I weaned down, that helped, but it took me a long time to get back to where I was. Here is a link to my BFL photo page.
