Welcome to ADBB. This board uses the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution as its guide. It is very helpful and saves costly mistakes if you have read the book. If you don't have it, then at least read the threads in the Induction forum. Doing Induction cleanly is the best way to maximize your losses during those crucial first two weeks. Hopefully you will have an easy Induction and a great weight loss to start you off.
