Hello Everyone, hope all is well...
I was wondering if some one really understands what happens with the all the Fat we eat everyday... I have heard different explainations... Does anyone really know?
Can you consume to much fat on this diet? On the Atkins Diet does our bodies burn the Dietary fat first for fuel? and then once the Dietary fat is burned, do we then burn the body fat for fuel? thus we only lose weight once we burn through the Dietary fat each day? or does it all burn at the same time?
Do we eat the Dietary fat on this Diet just to make us feel full so we don't want to eat as much? thus helping to control calorie intake or do we eat it for Fuel? or both? And if we do have to burn through the Dietary fat first to get to the Body fat to lose weight, what happens if we eat to much fat and we don't burn through the Dietary fat, can it cause stalls? what happens to the excess Dietary fat that does not get burned up daily, does it get stored as fat? Is there enough insulin in our bodies to store this excess fat or do we digest it and eliminate it as waste?
I hope someone out there can clear this up for me once and for all... thank you... SLIMQUEST
