I hope you are getting your daily fat from other foods -- you are allowed fats on this way of eating.

      Re: Zero Carb Egg Brand

Well it only matters because the original poster believed to have found a zero carb egg and wanted to share the news and we have more or less concluded that we still have to count that 0.6-1 carb per egg as Atkins told us to do. If you are limited to 20 carbs a day and if most of the carbs are going to come from veggies, it is important that you pay attention to these kinds of details. Some people believe eggs are "free" foods. They are not.

Spaghetti squash does not have zero carb but it does work very well.

...which they shouldn't since eggs have .6 g carb, thus higher than the .49 g cut off for being able to say "zero." I think my eggs say "<1g"

The eggs they are talking about in that nutrition label are 50 gram. According the US nutritional data base I think a 50 gram egg will have 0.4 carbs so yes they can round down.
(Sorry for all this detail gays sometimes it is funny and interesting to discuss tiny things ) I believe in the big picture too. REALLY

Yes they can. Especially if you are eating close to your CCLL and/or you are eating so many of these "trace" carbohydrates that they become "non-trace".
