    Fitday question

    Hello
I made dinner for the whole family tonight, it was a Pork courgette bake, which served 4 of us. How do i go about entering this in Fitday? Do i add the ingredients seperatly? I didnt weigh my portion so i dont know how much it weighed.

thanks in advance for any help

If its not in there, you just break it down by ingredient. Make your best guess at portion size, I guess....

      Re: Fitday question

      that is what I do
If it is something I make a lot - I find a free fitday add all the ingredients then use a calculator to find the portion size and and it in as a custom foods - I have some of those for chili, spaghetti sauce etc.

Ok thanks, thats a good idea to enter it as a custom food, saves me having to do it all again, and again, and again!
