      Or they could see your post, try it your way, not lose as much as they'd like, and then get discouraged and quit. We just want as many people as possible to see how to do the diet the way Dr. Atkins intended. No one is trying to attack you, we all want the same thing here - to lose weight and help others lose.

        just float cucumbers in your water, not lemon and cucumber. Just remember, not everyone is or does loose the way you do, men loose faster than women do and with less effort it seems at times. You do what you do and I and the other Spotlight hostesses and moderators will continue to do what we do. I don't like being called judgemental when I know I'm doing things the way the plan was written and not taking diet supplements or whatever and "calling" their program Atkins because it's not.

          If you like the flavor of herbs, you can infuse your drinking water with them by simply soaking a sprig in the water. The oils of the herbs will flavor the water.

          I particularly like basil (the regular kind and the "scented" kind like Thai basil, cinnamon basil, etc.), mints, lemon verbena or lemon balm, like this.
