Yep, it is. That's about the only sign I ever get. I drink and drink and still feel dry until I have been in ketosis long enough for my body to process all the toxins out and my metabolism catches up.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

I must be one of the lucky ones....I was never a big peanut butter eater. We didn't eat pb&j sandwiches as kids and I only had peanut butter in the house after I left home when I knew I dad was coming to stay overnight. My husband loves the stuff so it's here but honestly I could care less.

The peanut butter, in the uk I am sure you can get sugar free peanut butter, surely this would be allowed in moderation when you reintroduce nuts and seeds (providing it contains no other nasties of course)?

Yes, you can try to reintroduce natural, sugar free peanut butter on rung 3, but many of us fail to have self control where peanut butter is concerned. I've tried numerous times over the last three years, and always fail.

The best way to get peanut or any other hut butter with no nasties is to make your own!
Easy if you have a food processor as all you need to do is grind it till it turns into butter! I make it for my hubby often and all I add to the salted peanuts is some ground nut oil to get it to the right consistency for him.

I have also made macadamia nut butter and almond butter the same way.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
