well week 1 is history and im down more than i thought. -13.4lbs. i dont like to set timelines or deadlines on my weightloss, but i do set numerous goals. i find striving for a goal is more productive for me than banging my head
on a certain date in time. to me if i do that, i start getting upset with myself near the deadline if im not close to the goal. negative input usually means negative output. happy losing
