Thanks for sharing the blogs, Robbie. I found them very interesting. While I haven't been exactly "counting calories" I have been aware of the amount I'm consuming. I've been averaging over the last month about 1,500. On any low calorie diet I've been told I should stay around 1,200 to lose. But, with the metabolic advantage of Atkins, I think I'm good at around 1,500. I'm 5'2" and fairly active, I play golf a couple times a week (with a cart, but my handicap is 40 (ugh!) so I do a LOT of walking) and go to the gym 3, sometimes more, a week. Plus all the things one does around a home and yard (the fun stuff!).
