    Kutibah, You are so young. I think you have done so well low carbing. Losing 25 pounds is a great accomplishment.

    Speaking for myself, I just wish I had known about eating low carb when I was your age. But it is just a wish. Now I am a 54 year old woman and finally finding a WOE that is working for me. I had all those miserable years, cause by my weight. I want for you to get your weight under control, so you can be healthy, happy, full of wonderful self esteem, for the rest of your life.

    Please check out OWL like 2Big has suggested. You can always modify the plan to fit your needs. A better choice than going back to the WOE that got you heavy i the first place.

    I do want what is best for you and I am so proud of you too. ONEDERLAND!!! YOu are there. WOO HOO for Kutibah!

      Hey guys. I'm back like you said I would be. I've only gained about 10 pounds but I really would like to lose another 30 pounds. Low fat didn't work out... darn bread. Anyways, I'm in Syria currently for vacation and will be back in August. But I've decided to diet with Atkins while here so 30lbs should be gone by the time I'm back in the states. Wish me luck! I'm glad to be back here!

                    Actually, I was born in Syria and I moved to the US when I was 5. My grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins all live there. So yeah, I go there for the summer every 2 years.

                        Kutibah! Welcome back! I'm going to Syria and Jordan with my husband and two sons in August - first week of September.... I'm already thinking of all the things I will have to fight off (food wise) with all the yummy syrian/jordanian sweets there and food in general.

                        I know this WOE is hard to do being from the Middle East, everything is about grains and bread and rice, with meat of course... Just try your hardest to lose as much as you can before Ramadan (beginning of October) and I'm sure you'll be fine!
