    If it was that simple Nutri_Nut, I would have been less of me for many years. I had done low cal for months, and it was just not that simple. What Ailah did and wrote hits all the major points:
    * exercise
    * eating right - both from not overeating and missing the hidden carbs and processed foods
    * drinking right (more water)

      I beg to differ.

      She said this herself:

      "Counted my calories and MADE SURE I burnt 500 more than I consumed. No exceptions."

      She exercised and cut out other foods (artificial sweetners, Atkins bars). In other words, she reduced intake and burned more calories (through exercise).

      I didn't use to believe this, but now I do: low carb means reduced calorie intake.
      On modified low-carb plan
      164.5/159.5/130
      Walking 20-30 minutes/day, 5 days/week
