I will start by saying I have read that New Diet Revoultion front to back and understand everything very clearly, except for one thing.
Trans Fat. I realize that it is to be avoided, but it seems to be everywhere, All but one of the brands of Hamburger patties in my local store at least contain 1 or two grams of Serving. The only thing that doesnt seem to have it are the Bacon, sausage and the Vegetables. And don't even get me started on Wendy's , Mcdonalds, and Burger King, Its all loaded with it. How do people justify eating at these places, just taking off the bun and ketchup (etc) if the patties have atleast one gram of trans fat? I would Just like to know what everyone else thinks and does in these situations?
