I think the cooked spaghetti squash would be nice with some homemade sauce and layered the same way would be yummy as well.

This was my dinner last night.....I made 7 half pints of spaghetti sauce last week, so I got one out and measured out 1/4 cup - I put it over 1/2 cup spaghetti squash and cooked 2 oz of Italian Sausage to put over everything -- it was delicious!!
