    Good Morning to all my "Atkins" Mini Goal Friends!!!

    I have had "GREAT" Success on another "Atkins" Forum with this Thread so I thought that I would give it a try here on !!!

    I know that it really helps me to stick to my Daily Mini Goals when I have put them out there for others to see!!!

    Thanks to all that have joined in so far & Welcome to any one that is new today!!!

    I will continue to post it each morning as long as there is an interest in doing so!!!

    My Mini Goal for today will be once again to roll around on my Stability Exercise Ball for 10mins!!!

    I survied the very busy Family day that I had yesterday, so I plan on trying to taking it a lil slower today!!!

      Today it will be water - at least 64 oz. I have started with my first 16
      Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

      May Challenges 2010
      Push-ups: 450/800
      Abs: 850/1900
      Squats: 650/1200
      Lunges: 500/1000
      Strength: 490/1200
      Running: 50/100 km


      2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

        Today my mini goal is simply to stay on target and get my proper carbs in.
