ok - so I'm past rung 6 - which is when it's "ok" to add back in soy.
I really haven't added anything back in that HAS soy - mainly because I try to avoid it...but I guess my question is - how do all of you feel about soy?
There's SO many differing ideas out there that either Soy is GREAT for you or that it's AWEFUL for you.
I'm just curious what you all think?...
I know that soy flour is good to use for some recipes - but usually I use coconut flour or almound flour instead...
Anyways - just curious!!
