I was curious how you guys go about weighing. Obviously the weight creeps up a bit throughout the day, so do you weigh first thing in the morning on your weigh days?

this is a accomplishment for me. Anyway now im not planning to weigh again for another 2 weeks. Try and just weigh every 2 weeks from now on. hopefully in that time might have lost a decent amount
