    Every morning. I'm not sure if that's doing me good right now as I keep losing and gaining the same pound and a half. Things are moving slowly for me right now.

    I find it a helpful discipline though to do it every day and log it anyway. Keeps me on track knowing the next morning I'll be getting on there.

      First thing in the morning for me also. I weigh myself about every 4 days and so far, I haven't done the daily thing. I think I need to weigh every few days because if a certain new food is bothering me, I won't know if I don't weigh.

        Typically, I weigh on Monday and Friday, just when I get home from work. I find it keeps me accountable over the weekend.

        Start date: 03/14/09
        Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
        Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!
        Goal #3 - 240 - Met 06/20/09! Goal #6 - 210
