I don't know but lately I am craving fat. cream, butter, peanut butter, macadamian nuts not sweets thank goodness. I have not had the peanut butter but did have some extra butter on my eggs and a little cream in my decaff which by the way was sooo yummy. I have been drinking it black. I don't know why I am craving fat and I lacking it in my diet with my exercise. I have to given in really to my fat cravings and I have lost 3 pounds this week on TOM. I'm not sure what to think. Do you think it's something my body needs or maybe my body wants fat cause it's scared to lose it I don't know strange.
