Ok week two starts today. I've lost about 4 lbs in the first week.
I have been eating chicken salad all week made with Hellman's Mayo. I would guess about 2 cups per day with fairly heavy mayo. I just realized today that it has sugar as an ingredient but I was certain that liberal amounts of mayo were allowed.
Should I cut it out or cut it down? I don't want to leave excess pounds out there but I'm not sure if this kept me from losing 5 or 6.
And I thought I was doing everything by the book!

I've used it with no problems but I usually only have mayo a few times a week at most. My suggestion would be to keep the Hellman's but look for more variety in your meals than chicken salad.
