Okay so I don't know about y'all, but I've never really gotten cravings before on atkins. I'm currently on day 3 today of induction. Until yesterday when my boyfriend said he had had a dunkin doughnut's doughnut for breakfast and all the sudden i could taste a glazed doughnut and feel the texture on my teeth. I wanted a doughnut more than i've ever wanted one in my life. I don't even like doughnuts! Or many sweet things for that matter

And then be really proud of yourself for getting through it. And remember how happy you are when the scale moves
