Re: Not hungry - eat anyway?

Ketosis is a natural appetite suppressant. So as long as you are in ketosis your appetite will be less than it is when you are not in ketosis. The amount of water you drink should not effect ketosis. Sounds like you are doing great! I wouldn't force yourself to eat if you are not hungry... your appetite will definitely kick in when you are empty enough... I can never make it to the 6 hour mark without feeling some form of hunger...

Hey dock,, sounds like you're doing great refining what you do every day, CONGRATS.

Yeh the appetite suppression effect is great in ketois. If you're planning what you're eating every day and getting plenty of variety (especially with veggies) you'll find that just eating until your hunger is satisfied at every meal (or snack) will help you get where you wanna go. Sometimes the thought of food makes me a little sick but I'm trying to stick to a routine. You don't lose weight by eating less, simple as taht.

We want to make sure we're getting our vitamins/minerals and the right balance of calories, fat, protein & carbs. Have you check out www.fitday.com ? It's a great tool to monitor everything we're doing (and is free).

Keep it up! And keep guzzling that water hhha
