    I have the same concern for you Bri has, long term malnutrition, if you are limiting the foods so severely. At the very least, consider entering what you eat in a fitday.com account. Then look at the nutritional counts, see what you are missing, and then supplement. You can add fiber without adding net carbs or significant calories as well and I think you would be wise to do so if you are not getting that in your diet.

      I have a rather limited diet too. I am limited to what's cheap usually. The grocery rotates what will be cheap so I get some more variety than 3 things. Plus I break down and stick in shrimp. Its good way to get a bit more variety in without having to consider everything in the store, just shopping the sales. Once you have an idea what the cheap cuts of meat are, and how you like them, it is just about as simple. Fruit and veggies that are on sale are what they are. The grocery store will usually offer the same things up for sale over a period of a few weeks. Its more than three things, yet its simple and affordable to pick threw the sale paper. Its not about the flavor, or what would be GOOD. Its about afforable fuel. Consider this for a maintance plan. Lots of people do it.



      My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

      1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
      2nd mini goal: 140!
      3rd mini goal:135!
      4th mini goal: 130!

      I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
