Ok I know this sounds like a gimmick to save a few bucks, but I honestly lost my book last year during the move when I decided to toss many others. I'm pretty sure I tossed it and need to get a jump start on a fitness & weight loss plan.
I've done this diet before to kick start things and need to follow the plan again. In general I remember most of what I ate last time but have questions about other types of food.
After digging online, it isn't easy to find the list of induction food and fluids and I am wondering if anyone has a link to save me a trip to the book store?
