Well I'm new to this againi. Four years ago i did atkins and even though i messed up 1 meal every week, I still lost 80 pounds. I faced some of lifes challenges and fell of the wagon, but i'm ready to start over and it really does have to be a life choice. You cant stay on induction forever, you have to go through the different stages. I'm going to post my b4 and after with atkins from 4yrs ago. u will see what im talking about. It's very hard to do atkins without support from someone. U need someone to check on you everyday to help you keep going and to make sure you are sticking to it. Dr. Atkins said the same thing and its true.

    Re: Surviver

I am glad you have joined us on your Atkins journey this time around, family
Having fellow Atkineers to help, encourage and congratulate us along the way certainly makes the whole experience much easier to make it a way of eating rather than just a diet
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
