If you have been drinking lots of crystal light and eating lots of diet jello made from a mix, you are likely having a LOT of aspartame. I was too, in the beginning, till I quit losing weight and someone suggested cutting those out - I cut those out along with about 1 or 2 low carb tortillas I had been having per week, and I started losing weight again within a day or two. Seems like I lost about 5 pounds over the next week, though I don't remember exactly.
I think the more things you eat that are made from a mix, or that you eat out, the more complicated and tricky it gets. It is just amazing the stuff that gets put into mixes and drives up your carbs that you wouldn't imagine... like why is one pack of taco seasoning something like 20 or more carbs, which when I mix up my own spices has zero carbs? They put fillers and starches and corn syrup into nearly everything, and that will trip you up in a heartbeat.
The simpler foods I eat, in my opinion, the quicker I see results. Boring sometimes maybe, but being fat ain't exactly thrilling me either, LOL! ;-)
