        My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

        1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
        2nd mini goal: 140!
        3rd mini goal:135!
        4th mini goal: 130!

        I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

            Mine wasn't really spicy enough to suit, but it was alright - I made it up on the fly based on what I could reach the fastest, LOL!

            Try this recipe from Linda's Low Carb recipe website - her version, which I am sure is a lot better than my made-up-on-the-spot mix was, uses more spices than I did (which is why I am sure hers is probably better) and is 4 carbs for enough to season 1 pound of ground beef. I'll probably use hers next time myself.
