  • Julian Bakery Bread - When to Add to Atkins Diet

Hey Everybody. I am on day one of induction and am appreciating all of the knowledge shared here on the board: thank you!

I saw an ad on this site for Julian Bakery Bread with one gram of net carbs, and am curious when this product could be added to my diet. I can only guess that despite the low carb count, this would be forbidden during induction.

The company's site lists the ingredients as:
Whole grains, bean, seeds of *kamut®, *spelt, *wheat, *rye, *millet, lentils, eggs, soy protein, flax, sesame, *quinoa, *amaranth, wheat gluten, 7 grain flakes, oat bran, sea salt & yeast.

Thanks in advance for any guidance on the Atkins rules regarding this bread!

Julian Bakery bread has some wonderful products. Pre-Atkins, I liked the Manna From Heaven. On Atkins you can enjoy their bread products when you are in OWL Rung 9.
