I am almost certain that horseradish dip will contain sugar because sugar is usually used to "smoothen" strong flavors like horseradish, or salty and spicy foods like taco fillings. When I looked at the nutritional information of the Victoria's Fillet, 7 oz., the carb count seemed reasonable. The 0.7 carbs are coming from the seasoning, I'm sure.
