    >> is that cuz they mite be counting croutons?>>

    Indeed.

It's not a matter of "might" ... they are counting them.

      >>what kind of dip do you normal use at home?>>

      No dip at all.

I wouldn't "ruin" a good piece of meat with a dip!

      But that's me.

Or maybe also carrots and onions - you can order without these items.
Good menu studying there love777. You're becoming quite and expert. You really have to share with us what your experience was once you tried it.

          >>o the raw horseradish is ok?
          but not auju right>>

Raw horseradish would be fine. You have had raw horseradish before, correct?

The au jus could be fine ... it should just be pan juices. Ask your server if wine is added ... or read the menu. It will say on the menu.

they have ribeye and new york strip, filet tenderloin, victoria's filet? but the prime rib is 1.7 grams carbs and I wnat to stay with the ones that are .7 only

                Yes.

I recommend you get the piece of meat you prefer.

                >>the prime rib is 1.7 grams carbs>>

Meat is 0 carbs ... so they've done "something" to it.
