I stopped having leg cramps when I upped my fat intake. I started doing a bit of research as well. Did you know that eating fat with your vegetables can increase the absorption of vitamins and minerals from the vegetables? Sometimes as much as 20X more.
Of course...you could always take a muscle relaxer!

I've had a few posts where I was concerned about my diabetes. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Found out the result of my blood test today. HgB A1c (Diabetes Test).
