  • Day Three Down And I'm Feeling Great

    I can't believe how great I feel. It's already day three for me and I have so much energy. I'm not tired anymore, I get up every morning at 4:30 and go for a morning walk for about 45 mins. I then drink my first bottle of water to reach my daily goal of 96 oz. I am just so happy with this diet and so glad to be back on the bandwagon.

    P.S... *Will Power Example* I'm an elementary school teacher so today while teaching my class, a little boy's mom walked in with a tray of brownies with cheesecake icing(my favorite) and cup cakes, for the boys birthday. When it came time for me to get my share I politely turned them down. I didn't even have a craving for them. I just stared as the kids ate them.

      Good job! Isn't it nice when you feel that way...like you can say No, Thank You and mean it. Keep up the good work.
      PS, after I started Atkins last spring, we gave my son's teacher a homemade fruit bowl with fruit salad. Thought it would be something different from the baked goodies.
