I am in the veggie challenge and eating more than 17 net grams of veggies every day so far this week. But now my stomach feels uncomfortably full when I exercise. I feel bloated like I do after a cheat. I'm pretty sure it's related to my eating veggies at every meal now. I'm staying away from the scale because I want to finish out the challenge even though I feel like I've gained. Any advice? Besides the first day when I overdid the calories a bit, I have been right in my normal calorie range, but my stomach felt full and yucky last night when I went walking. And the day before I couldn't finish my 2nd mile either because I was so uncomfortable. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have to admit that I was probably always on the low side with veggies before this week. They have a tendency to knock me out of ketosis--which I'm guessing has happened this week as well, but I haven't checked. Anyway, I'm glad that I am eating more veggies this week but just wondered if anyone else gets bloated from them and if there is something I can do about it besides eat less veggies. (Side note: the only new veggie I've tried is spaghetti squash. I have been eating more than usual of everything though in order to hit my 17 net veggie carb goal.)

And some of us are very carb sensitive. I would watch getting too many carbs from tomatoes.
